Biography
Lucia Urciuoli is a senior executive with extensive experience across public institutions, cultural organizations, and international policy. She currently serves as Head of the Culture Department at the Human Foundation, following her role as Secretary General in 2025. Previously, she held leadership positions at MAXXI – National Museum of 21st Century Arts and Invitalia, where she led development, communication, and strategic initiatives. Her career also includes key governmental roles, notably as Chief of Staff within the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers. She is actively engaged in advocacy, serving as President of EDGE APS and Vice President of the European Pride Business Network.
