Biography
César Coelho is a DEI Project Manager at Grupo Ageas Portugal, integrating the team responsible for the development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, as well as for promoting accessible onboarding experiences aligned with international best practices. He contributes actively to strengthening an inclusive organisational culture centred on respect, equity, and a strong sense of belonging. In parallel, he serves as an Ambassador for Associação Salvador, collaborating in the promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities and in advancing accessibility across society.
