As a Program Manager at ReDI School of Digital Integration, she focuses on digital education, reskilling, and the ethical integration of AI to foster social inclusion. Lill is part of the "IM AI" initiative from ReDI School, an ambitious project aimed at democratizing AI knowledge for 1 million learners by 2030, ensuring that excluded groups are not left behind in the digital transformation.
