Biography
I am a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Engagement Project Manager at Grupo Ageas Portugal. In my role, I lead and coordinate the DEI strategy, oversee employee engagement survey programs and work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to embed inclusion and equity into organizational practices. I am also part of the team that created and organized the first major DEI Summit in Portugal — a milestone event for advancing the national conversation on inclusion! My professional background spans HR, DEI and Sustainability with a strong focus on translating strategy into practical, measurable impact. I have hands-on experience working within regulated environments and actively engage with internal and external DEI networks. I am also a clinical psychologist, which allows me to stay closely connected to individual experiences and well-being.
