Biography
Stine Marsal is a sociologist and the founder of InklusioNordic. She works at the intersection of inclusion, employee experience and organisational design, with a focus on the hidden barriers that shape wellbeing, engagement and retention at work.
Her approach is grounded in more than 170 qualitative interviews with employees across minority identities, including neurodivergent professionals, people with hidden disabilities, LGBT+ employees and colleagues from minoritised ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Her research shows that many of the barriers these groups face are remarkably similar and that removing them strengthens working conditions far beyond the groups where they show up first.
Stine has 18 years of operational experience in customer and employee experience, including senior roles at Copenhagen Airport and Tivoli Gardens. As a consultant she has advised and developed training on inclusive guest, customer and employee experiences for organisations including LEGO House, Novonesis, Keolis and The Royal Danish Theatre.
She introduced the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower to Denmark and the Nordics as Nordic Regional Director, supporting more than 500 organisations in training their employees on invisible barriers over three years.
She speaks and delivers in English, Danish and French.
